Using this DC gearmotor is quite simple. First, decide whether you want to use the mounting holes on the brass faceplate or the mounting bracket. If using the faceplate, just insert M1.6 screws into the holes. For the bracket, follow the included instructions to attach it properly. Once it's installed, connect it to a 6V power source. You'll then see it start working as a linear actuator with its M3*20mm threaded rod output shaft. When handling the motor, be gentle to avoid damaging the gears. Don't overload it beyond the specified 550g*cm load, as this can cause the motor to overheat or break down. To keep it in good condition, store it in a dry place. Periodically check the screws and connections to make sure they're tight. If you notice any unusual noise (beyond the normal ≤50dB), stop using it immediately and check for any issues.
