Product Details

This amazing DC gearmotor is currently available for pre - order and will be shipped by the end of June. It features an integrated M3*20mm threaded rod as the output shaft, effectively transforming it into a linear actuator. With a rated voltage of 6V, it can reach a no - load speed of 98RPM, equivalent to 1.1mm/s. The brass faceplate comes with two mounting holes threaded for M1.6 screws (1.6mm diameter, 0.35mm thread pitch). You also have the option to use the specially designed mounting bracket or extended mounting bracket to securely install the gear motor while protecting the exposed gears. Key specifications include a 1:150 reduction ratio, low no - load current of 24±10% mA (Max), and excellent load - handling capabilities with a load of 550g*cm and a locking torque of 1000g*cm. It's lightweight, weighing about 10g, and has low mechanical noise of ≤50dB measured at about 10cm from the gearbox.

Using this DC gearmotor is quite simple. First, decide whether you want to use the mounting holes on the brass faceplate or the mounting bracket. If using the faceplate, just insert M1.6 screws into the holes. For the bracket, follow the included instructions to attach it properly. Once it's installed, connect it to a 6V power source. You'll then see it start working as a linear actuator with its M3*20mm threaded rod output shaft. When handling the motor, be gentle to avoid damaging the gears. Don't overload it beyond the specified 550g*cm load, as this can cause the motor to overheat or break down. To keep it in good condition, store it in a dry place. Periodically check the screws and connections to make sure they're tight. If you notice any unusual noise (beyond the normal ≤50dB), stop using it immediately and check for any issues.
