Analog panel meters may not be as flashy as LEDs, but their simplicity offers a unique elegance and makes them super easy to read at a glance. This large 3V panel meter is about handheld size. It has one screw that allows you to open the panel and change the backing paper if you want. Even though it's made for analog signals, it can also work with digital signals. Just send a PWM signal from a 3V logic microcontroller. As long as the frequency is 1KHz or faster, it'll work great. The back has two bolts with Positive and Negative marked below the coils. You can wrap a wire around the bolt and secure it with nuts, or use alligator clips.

Using this 3V large analog panel meter is easy. First, decide if you want to change the backing paper. If so, use the single screw to open the panel and make the change. When it comes to signals, you can use it with both analog and digital ones. For digital signals, send a PWM signal from a 3V logic microcontroller with a frequency of 1KHz or faster. To connect the wires at the back, you have two options. You can either wrap a wire around the bolt and use the nuts to hold it in place or use alligator clips. As for maintenance, keep it in a dry place. If the panel gets dirty, gently wipe it with a soft cloth. And always make sure the signals you're sending are within the recommended frequency range to keep it working well.
