Programming electronics has never been a breeze! With Adafruit's PyLeap, users can quickly and conveniently transfer code files and assets from the Adafruit Learn Systems to their Adafruit devices. We joined hands with our friends at Digi-Key to craft a kit that's the ideal hardware set for exploring PyLeap. The star of the show in this kit is the CLUE, designed for projects loaded with sensors - and they're all built-in! Start exploring your world, measuring, logging, and learning right away. You can send data over Bluetooth to a computer or mobile device for plotting and logging, or save it to the built-in storage. We've also thrown in a few other accessories that can be used to create awesome projects. In no time, you'll become a PyLeap expert! Included in the Hackbox: Adafruit CLUE - nRF52840 Express with Bluetooth LE, Adafruit NeoPixel LED Strip w/ Alligator Clips - 60 LED/m - 0.5 Meter Long, Micro Servo, 3 x AA Battery Holder with On/Off Switch, JST, and Belt Clip, 3 x Alkaline AA batteries, USB cable - USB A to Micro-B - 3-foot long, Adafruit Circuit Playground Lanyard, Clear Acrylic Enclosure + Hardware Kit for Adafruit CLUE, Shrouded Servo to Alligator Clip Cable - 17cm long, and Stickers! Here are some great projects to take your PyLeap adventure to the next level: PyLeap CLUE Sensor Plotter, PyLeap CLUE Custom Conference Badge, PyLeap BLE Controlled NeoPixels with CLUE.
Using this Digi-Key Hackbox is super easy. First, connect the Adafruit CLUE to your computer or mobile device using the provided USB cable. Then, use Adafruit's PyLeap to transfer code files and assets from the Adafruit Learn Systems to the CLUE. You can start working on projects right away. For projects that need power, insert the alkaline AA batteries into the battery holder and switch it on. When using the NeoPixel LED Strip and Micro Servo, connect them according to the project requirements. Remember to handle the components gently to avoid damage. When not in use, store the kit in a dry and safe place. Keep the stickers in a cool environment to prevent them from losing their adhesiveness. If you encounter any problems, refer to the Adafruit Learn Systems for more information.
