It's made of ultra-durable, super-glossy polycarbonate, looking great and tough enough to throw into your bookbag or toolbox. It has slim openings for all your cables, an easy-to-remove beveled slot for your Micro SD card, slots for both your Pi Camera and upcoming Display, and a space for your GPIO cable to extend from the Pi. The Pi snaps into the base and the lid fits snugly on top. You can use the case without the lid and easily add hats to your B+. This case works for Raspberry Pi Model B+ / Pi 2 / Pi 3 Model B and Pi 3 Model B+ only. It doesn't work for the Raspberry Pi Model A or B. It works with the model A+ but there'll be some empty space, and you may need to snake your USB cable through the front holes if it's bulky. No Raspberry Pi is included. This is just the base of the case with no lid.
Using this Raspberry Pi case is a breeze. First, simply snap your Raspberry Pi into the base. You can use the case with or without the lid. If you choose to use it without the lid, it's easy to add hats to your Pi. To change the look, you can mix and match different colored lids. When inserting cables, use the slim openings provided for a clean fit. For the Micro SD card, use the easy-to-remove beveled slot. If you have a Pi Camera or an upcoming Display, there are slots for them too. And the GPIO cable can extend out through the designated space. Remember, this case only works for Raspberry Pi Model B+ / Pi 2 / Pi 3 Model B and Pi 3 Model B+. It won't work for Model A or B, and while it works with Model A+, there'll be some empty space. If your USB cable is bulky, you might need to snake it through the front holes. To keep the case in good condition, since it's made of polycarbonate, you can just wipe it with a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the super - glossy finish.
