The MyoWare® 2.0 Arduino Shield is a great tool for anyone looking to measure muscle activity. It can easily connect up to six MyoWare 2.0 Muscle Sensors and Link Shields using 3.5mm TRS - to - TRS audio cables. With pre - soldered male headers, you just stack it on your Arduino and connect the sensors to monitor up to six muscle groups! It fits development boards with the Arduino Uno R3 standard footprint. All six analog input pins (A0 - A5) on the Arduino are used on this shield. There's a power jumper on the back to choose between 5V (default) or 3.3V for the muscle sensors. You'll need a MyoWare 2.0 Link Shield and a TRS - to - TRS cable for each MyoWare 2.0 Muscle Sensor. Note that it's not for diagnosing or treating diseases. The MyoWare® 2.0 ecosystem offers easy - to - use shields that interface with the low - cost, Arduino - compatible MyoWare® 2.0 Muscle Sensor. The innovative connector system allows you to snap shields together in a compact way and connect to a microcontroller's analog input. This avoids soldering connections between boards.
