Product Details

Enhance your computer project with this nifty combo of a keyboard and touchpad. We've sourced the tiniest wireless USB keyboard around, measuring just 6' x 2.4' x 0.5' (152mm x 59mm x 12.5mm)! Despite its small size, it's highly usable and makes an excellent companion for computers like the Beagle Bone or Raspberry Pi. The keyboard runs on a rechargeable battery that you can charge via the included USB cable. It communicates with the computer using a 2.4 GHz wireless link (not Bluetooth). Note that this keyboard is designed for use with USB - hosts like computers, not for Arduino or Basic Stamp. We've tested it with the Raspberry Pi, and it works flawlessly, using only one USB port for both the mouse and keyboard functions.

Using this keyboard is a breeze. First, charge the rechargeable battery using the included USB cable. Once charged, turn on the keyboard and pair it with your computer using the 2.4 GHz wireless link. It only works with USB - hosts like computers, so don't try to use it with an Arduino or Basic Stamp. When using it with a Raspberry Pi, it will only take up one USB port. As for maintenance, keep the keyboard clean by gently wiping it with a dry cloth. Avoid exposing it to extreme heat, cold, or moisture. If the battery runs out, just plug it in again using the USB cable for a recharge.
