Measuring 39mm x 36mm, it has four M5 - tapped holes, allowing you to attach whatever you need. Its plastic interior with small metal ball bearings ensures easy and smooth sliding. The platform won't fall off the railing, but it rotates a bit. For top - notch stability, use two support rails. Many CNC projects use two of these on opposite sides of the machine body to support a larger platform. You can also come up with your own support mechanism. It comes as a single bearing platform. Using this 12mm diameter linear bearing pillow block is easy. First, make sure you have at least one 12mm railing. Attach the items you want to the pillow block through the four M5 - tapped holes. When setting it up, if you want better stability, use two support rails. You can install two of these on opposite sides of your CNC machine body to support a larger platform. As for maintenance, keep the small metal ball bearings clean. You can use a soft cloth to wipe them gently. Also, check regularly that the platform doesn't have any signs of excessive wear. Remember, the platform rotates a bit around the railing, so be aware of this movement when using it in your projects.
