This Micro USB to 5.5mm/2.1mm DC barrel jack adapter is super useful. One end has a Micro USB plug, and the other end is a 5.5mm/2.1mm DC barrel jack with center positive polarity. It lets you connect our 5V 2 Amp, 5V 4A, or 5V 10 Amp adapters to devices that usually connect to 5V USB. We also offer a shorty version without a cable. Note that it lacks resistors for data lines, so it won't charge iPhones, iPods, or iPads. But it works great for Arduinos, BeagleBones, Raspberry Pis, many regular cellphones, Android devices, and most USB - powered gadgets. Also, there's no voltage regulator or protection in this cable. Plugging in a 9V or 12V power supply can damage devices expecting around 5V, so be extra careful!

How to use: Connect the Micro USB plug end to a compatible power source like our 5V adapters. Then connect the 5.5mm/2.1mm DC barrel jack end to your device. It's simple! Note: This adapter won't work for charging iPhones, iPods, or iPads because it doesn't have the right resistors for those devices. Also, never plug it into a 9V or 12V power supply as it can ruin your device. Maintenance: Keep it dry and clean. Don't pull the cable too hard. If you notice any damage, stop using it right away.
