Conductive Fiber - Stainless Steel 20um - 10 grams

This conductive fiber is truly fascinating! It's ideal for felting and can be spun into yarn if you like. We tested various fiber thicknesses for needle felting and found that the 20um thickness is the most enjoyable to work with. Use around 0.2g to make a felt touch button suitable for MaKey MaKey or capacitive touch sensing circuits. You can even create felt controllers or buttons on an existing wool sweater! Also, you can make a squeeze/pressure sensor with this fiber as its resistance decreases when squeezed. Combine it with natural animal fibers for the best results. We believe 10g is the perfect amount for several projects. Note: MaKey MaKey and alligator clips are not included.
