Product Details

Are you on the hunt for the ideal PCB holder? Look no further! Our heavy - duty yet portable Stainless Steel PCB Holder is a game - changer for rework tasks. Originally designed for cell phone repair and rework, it's especially great for SMT work (and even better for thru - hole as you can flip the PCB). It can hold PCBs up to about 3.5' x 4' (90mm x 100mm). This flat and dense vise is amazing. You can rest your hands right on the work table, making it easy to stay steady for precise soldering and probing. The 430 - gram thick metal plate keeps it firmly in place, so you won't have to worry about the PCB shifting when heating stubborn components. Setting it up is a breeze. Just set the length of the three - piece bayonet a bit smaller than your PCB, compress the spring, slide the workpiece in, and release the spring. It's quick, easy, and repeatable. Key features include holding your PCB flat for easier soldering at table/desk level, a solid stainless - steel body with grippy rubber feet, and in a wild scenario, it could even be used for self - defense in the lab. If you need to rework larger circuit boards, check out our Fully Adjustable PCB Clamp Holder!

Using this PCB holder is really simple. First, measure your PCB. Then, set the length of the three - piece bayonet a bit smaller than the size of your PCB. Compress the spring, slide your PCB into place, and then release the spring. That's it! When using it, make sure your work table is clean and flat so the holder can stay stable. And be careful not to over - tighten the springs as it might damage the PCB. For maintenance, keep the holder clean. You can use a dry cloth to wipe it regularly. If there's some dirt in the spring or bayonet parts, you can use a small brush to clean them gently. Store it in a dry place to prevent rusting.
