Transform your Raspberry Pi into a powerhouse of peripherals with the fully assembled Pimoroni pHAT Stack! This amazing kit is the ultimate solution for adding HATs, pHATs, wHATs, and more to your Raspberry Pi. If you've been into Raspberry Pi for a while, you've probably gathered a collection of HATs and pHATs. The pHAT Stack comes with six sets of 2 x 20 pin headers. One connects to your Pi via the included ribbon cable, and the other five can hold a mix of HATs and pHATs. Whether you're working on specific projects or just want to use multiple HATs and pHATs at once, the pHAT Stack is your go - to choice. Before setting up, make sure your boards are compatible. The Raspberry Pi has only 40 pins, so there's a risk of pin conflicts. Many of our boards use I2C, and since it's a bus, you can use multiple I2C boards as long as they have different addresses. This kit also includes rubber feet to keep the pHAT Stack stable and prevent desk scratches, metal standoffs for permanent mounting of your HATs and pHATs, and a 40 - way black GPIO ribbon cable.

Using the Pimoroni pHAT Stack is easy. First, connect the 40 - way black GPIO ribbon cable from the pHAT Stack to your Raspberry Pi. Then, you can start attaching your HATs and pHATs to the other five sets of 2 x 20 pin headers. When choosing which boards to use, remember to check their compatibility. Make sure they don't use the same pins, especially if you're using multiple boards with I2C. Just ensure they have different I2C addresses. For maintenance, keep the pHAT Stack clean. You can use a soft, dry cloth to wipe it. The rubber feet help keep it stable, so make sure they're in good condition. If you need to move the pHAT Stack, be gentle with the ribbon cable and the attached boards. Also, when mounting HATs and pHATs using the metal standoffs, make sure they're firmly in place but don't over - tighten to avoid damaging the boards.
