Picade Wiring Loom v2

This amazing wiring loom has all the cables and connectors you need to link a joystick, arcade buttons, and an illuminated button to Picade X HAT. It's perfect for DIY arcade cabinet projects. The loom is made up of four separate 35 - cm long sets of 26AWG wires: 1. A 5 - pin female to 5 - pin male Dupont connector for our new joystick. 2. Two sets of 12x 2.8mm spade connectors to 6x 2 - pin male Dupont connectors. 3. A 2x 2mm spade connector to 2 - pin male Dupont connector for the illuminated button.

Using this wiring loom is easy. First, figure out which part of the loom goes with which component. Connect the 5 - pin female to 5 - pin male Dupont connector to your new joystick. For the arcade buttons, use the sets with 12x 2.8mm spade connectors and 6x 2 - pin male Dupont connectors. And for the illuminated button, use the 2x 2mm spade connector to 2 - pin male Dupont connector. When you're connecting, make sure the pins match up correctly to avoid any short - circuits. Keep the loom away from sharp objects that could cut the wires. If you're not using it right away, store it in a dry place. To maintain it, just check the connectors from time to time to make sure they're not loose. If you notice any frayed wires, it's best to replace the loom to keep your arcade cabinet working well.
