Nomad Flip Jig

The Nomad Precision Flip Jig is an incredibly useful accessory for your Nomad 883 Pro. It enables you to cut both sides of a part with perfect alignment. These jigs are precisely machined to fit the Nomad's table. They use the CNC's built - in machine calibration, so you can easily locate them without the need for edge finders. This Flip Jig is designed to hold milling and fabrication materials that are just under 3 inches (~76mm) by 5 inches (127mm) in size and up to 1.2 inches (~30.5mm) thick.

Using the Nomad Precision Flip Jig is easy. First, mount it on the Nomad 883 Pro's table. Thanks to its precision machining and the CNC's built - in calibration, it'll fit right in place without needing an edge finder. Then, place your material, which should be just under 3 inches by 5 inches and up to 1.2 inches thick, into the jig. You're now ready to cut both sides of the part with perfect alignment. As for maintenance, keep it clean from dust and debris. After each use, wipe it down with a dry cloth. When storing, place it in a dry area to prevent rust. Also, be careful not to drop or impact the jig as it may affect its precision.
