Using these NeoPixel Addressable 1111 LEDs is easy. First, you'll need to set up a power source. We recommend using around 5 VDC for the best brightness, but 3.3V also works if you don't mind a bit less light. When it comes to installation, since these LEDs are designed for surface - mount soldering and are very small, it's best to use professional soldering equipment. Avoid trying to hand - solder them as their pads are underneath and they're extremely tiny. Once you've soldered them into your design, you can enjoy their consistent color thanks to the built - in driver chip. As for maintenance, keep them away from excessive heat and moisture. If you notice any issues with the color consistency, check the power supply first as voltage variations can sometimes affect performance slightly. And remember, if you ever want to do hand - soldering, we have other options like the 5050 sized NeoPixel bare LEDs or through - hole NeoPixel LEDs available.
