Designed by Mike Doell, this enclosure is made of ultra - durable, super - glossy polycarbonate. It's good - looking and tough enough to toss into your bookbag or toolbox. It has slim cable openings, an easy - to - remove beveled slot for your Micro SD card, slots for the Pi Camera and upcoming Display, and a space for your GPIO cable. The Pi snaps into the base, and the lid fits snugly. You can use the case without the lid and easily add hats to your B+. This case works only for Raspberry Pi Model B+, Pi 2, Pi 3 Model B, and Pi 3 Model B+. It doesn't fit the Raspberry Pi Model A or B, but it does work with the model A+ with a bit of empty space. No Raspberry Pi or lid is included.

Using this case is easy. First, make sure you have a Raspberry Pi Model B+, Pi 2, Pi 3 Model B, or Pi 3 Model B+ (it won't work with Model A or B). Snap your Pi into the red base. If you have a lid, simply fit it snugly on top. You can also use the case without the lid to add hats to your Pi easily. When using it with the model A+, be aware there will be some empty space and you may need to snake your USB cable through the front holes, which might be a bit tricky if the cable is bulky. Remember, this case doesn't come with a Raspberry Pi or a lid. To keep it in good condition, since it's made of polycarbonate, avoid scratching it with sharp objects. You can clean it with a soft, dry cloth. If it gets dirty, you can use a mild soap and water, but make sure to dry it thoroughly before using it again.
