MQ-2 smoke sensor module

This MQ - 2 smoke sensor module is highly sensitive to flammable gases like LPG, propane, and methane. It's a great tool for safety monitoring. It has four pins: AO for analog output, DO for digital output, GND as the zero - volts reference point, and 3.3V which should be connected to the micro:bit. Find our tutorial here.

Using this MQ - 2 smoke sensor module is easy. First, connect the 3.3V pin to the 3.3V on the micro:bit. Then, connect the GND pin to the ground point of your circuit. The AO pin gives an analog output and the DO pin provides a digital output. You can use these outputs to detect the presence of flammable gases. When using it, make sure the power supply is stable. Also, keep it away from strong magnetic fields. For maintenance, clean it gently with a dry cloth every once in a while to remove dust. If it doesn't work properly, check the connections first.
