Product Details

This nifty mini remote control is a great tool for controlling a robot or other projects from across the room. It features 21 well - laid - out buttons, including directional and number entry buttons. Using the NEC encoding type, it sends data codes from 0 to 26 (skipping #3, #7, #11, #15, #19, and #23) to address #0. You can use it to control devices expecting NEC codes or pair it with our IR remote receiver sensor. It comes with a pre - installed battery. Just remove the plastic pull - tab and you're good to go! We also offer example CircuitPython and Arduino code to decode button presses when used with the IR remote receiver sensor.

Using this mini remote control is easy. First, take out the plastic pull - tab from the included battery to activate it. Then, you can use it to control your robot or other projects from across the room. If you want to control a device that expects NEC codes, just press the buttons on the remote, and it will send the appropriate data codes. To decode the button presses, you can use the example CircuitPython and Arduino code we provide along with our IR remote receiver sensor. As for maintenance, keep it in a dry place and avoid dropping it. If the battery runs out, replace it with a new one of the same type.
