NEW VERSION! This previous kit has been replaced with a brand - new version designed specifically for the Micro:bit V2. Dive into the world of coding and electronics this year with the 2018 Little Bird Micro:bit 24 - project Kit. It's an ideal way to start your coding journey. The BBC Micro Bit is a small, programmable device that offers a fun and easy introduction to programming. Just turn it on and make it do something cool! You can even wear it or customize it. The Little Bird Micro:bit Kit comes with 24 well - crafted tutorials by the Little Bird Team. These tutorials teach you how to use the micro:bit with various sensors and electronics in real - world scenarios. Starting from December 1st, 2018, you'll get daily access to these tutorials, which will be available forever. After 24 days, you or your kids will learn to connect sensors and actuators to the BBC micro:bit and experience visual programming, Arduino, and Python. The kit includes a BBC micro:bit with a USB cable, a breadboard, and a wide range of components like LEDs, sensors, and actuators. Note that the picture has labeled little bags, but this kit version doesn't have daily labels.

Using the Little Bird Micro:Bit 24 Project Kit is a breeze. First, connect the BBC micro:bit to your computer using the USB cable. This will let you start programming right away. The kit comes with a breadboard and lots of components. Just follow the 24 tutorials provided. Each day, starting from December 1st, 2018, you'll get a new tutorial that shows you how to use different sensors and electronics with the micro:bit. These tutorials are easy to follow and will teach you real - world applications. When handling the components, be gentle. The small parts like the jumper wires and sensors can be delicate. Keep them in a safe place when not in use. For maintenance, make sure to keep the components dry. If you're using the micro:bit for a long time, give it a break every now and then to prevent overheating. After you're done with a project, put the components back in the kit. This way, you can reuse them for future projects. And remember, the tutorials are available forever, so you can always go back and learn more.
