Using this fiber optic light source is a piece of cake. First, make sure you have a power supply that can provide 9 - 12V and 100mA of current. Connect the light source to the power supply. The metal body will help keep it from getting too hot. For installation, find the clear knob on the LED emitter and loosen it. Then, gently slide one of our fiber optic tubes into the emitter. Remember, this product is just the LED part. You'll need to buy a fiber optic tube separately to complete the setup. When it comes to maintenance, keep the light source clean and free from dust. If it's not working properly, check the power connection first. Also, don't expose it to extreme temperatures or moisture, as this can damage the LED cluster.
