Diffused Red 5mm LED (25 pack)

We're huge fans of these diffused red LEDs and use them solely in our kits. They're quite bright, visible during the day from any angle. Easily insert them into a breadboard to add a special touch to your project. This pack includes 25 diffused red LEDs with a 5mm diameter, 660 nm wavelength. They have a forward voltage of 1.85 - 2.5V at 20mA current and a typical brightness of 250 mcd. Check the datasheet for more details. Using these diffused red LEDs is a breeze. First, you can easily place them into a breadboard for your project. Just make sure to connect them with the correct polarity.
