Button Pad 2x2 Top Bezel

This custom - made black 1/8' ABS plastic bezel is designed to perfectly match silicon rubber pads. We use four 4/40 - 0.5' size screws with plastic standoffs to attach the 2x2 button pad and Simon project boards. By using two of these top bezels along with two bottom bezels, you can create a 4x4 bezel that fits the full button pad. Included documents are Dimensional, Multi - Unit Assembly, and 3D Model.

Using this bezel is easy. First, gather the 2x2 button pad, Simon project boards, four 4/40 - 0.5' size screws, and plastic standoffs. Attach the bezel to the button pad and project boards with the screws and standoffs. If you want a 4x4 bezel, use two top bezels and two bottom bezels. When handling, be careful not to scratch the black plastic surface. To keep it in good condition, clean it with a soft, dry cloth regularly. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the bezel.
