Pico:ed - Development board based on Raspberry Pi RP2040

Pico:ed is an outstanding development board built on the Raspberry Pi RP2040 MCU. It comes with a dual - core Arm Cortex - M0+ processor and 264KB of RAM. On the front of the board, there are two buttons and a 7x17 dot matrix screen, making it an ideal tool for classroom teaching. Additionally, it uses the same edge connector as the micro:bit, enabling easy connection of alligator clips and breakout boards from micro:bit kits.

Using the Pico:ed is a breeze. First, you can use the two buttons on the front to interact with programs and the 7x17 dot matrix screen to display information, which is super useful for classroom projects. To connect external components, thanks to the same edge connector as the micro:bit, you can simply attach alligator clips or breakout boards from your micro:bit kits. When it comes to maintenance, keep it in a dry place and avoid getting it wet. Also, handle it gently to prevent any physical damage. And don't forget to turn it off when not in use to save power.
