The MIKROE WiFi PLUS click is a super - compact and efficient solution for integrating WiFi communication into your project. It features the MRF24WB0MA module from Microchip, a 2.4GHz, IEEE 802.11 - compliant RF transceiver with an integrated PCB antenna that can reach up to 400m. Alongside it is the MCW1001A companion chip with an on - board TCP/IP stack and 802.11 connection manager, simplifying wireless network connections. This click runs on a 3.3V power supply and communicates with the target MCU via an UART interface. The MRF24WB0MA has low - power consumption modes, using only 250 µA in sleep mode and 0.1 µA in hibernate mode. Key features include compatibility with IEEE 802.11b/g/n networks, GPIO and UART interfaces, and mikroBUS™ compatibility.
