Maqueen now connects to the Mind+ Programming platform. Mind+ is a DFRobot's Scratch3.0-based graphical programming platform that also supports Python, Arduino and more. It's already used with various sensors, modules and educational products. This Micro Maqueen comes with micro:bit and micro:Gamepad. It supports Makecode and will soon support Scratch and Python. It's small yet moves flexibly. Its all-metal miniature gear motor offers good quality and strong driving force. It has line patrol, ambient light, LED lights, ultrasonic interface, buzzer, I2C interface and mechanical expansion screw holes, making it full-featured and highly expandable. The exclusive customized POM bearing wheel is flexible, reliable and has strong obstacle-crossing ability. It's easy to install and use. The supply voltage is 3.5V - 5V DC (Three AAA batteries or 3.6V - 3.7V lithium battery). It has 2 infrared grayscale sensors, 1 buzzer, 1 infrared receiver, 2 LED lights, 4 RGB ambient lights, 1 SR04 or SR04P ultrasonic interface, 1 IIC interface, 2 gravity extension interfaces, 2 N20 all-metal gear motors with a 1:150 reduction ratio and a maximum rotate speed of 133 rpm. The motor drive mode is PWM. There are 6 M3 screw holes for bracket and protective cover extension. You can program it using Makecode graphical programming or Mind graphical programming (based on Scratch 3.0). It measures 81mm x 85 mm x 44mm (3.19 x 3.35 x 1.73in) and weighs 75.55g. There are product wiki and Maqueen-CE-FCC documents available. Click here to get more playing videos.

Using the Micro Maqueen is a breeze. First, power it up with either three AAA batteries or a 3.6V - 3.7V lithium battery. Then, start programming it using Makecode graphical programming or Mind graphical programming, which is based on Scratch 3.0. You can explore its many features like line patrol, using the infrared grayscale sensors, or play with the LED lights and RGB ambient lights. When using the ultrasonic interface, make sure there are no obstacles in the way for accurate readings. As for maintenance, keep it clean from dust and debris. If you're not using it for a long time, remove the batteries to prevent damage. The all-metal gear motors are durable, but try not to overload the robot. Enjoy exploring all the possibilities this fun and expandable robot has to offer!
