Product Details
Are you facing issues like non - adjustable light brightness to total extinction, uncontrollable stationary motors, or an adjustable voltage that can't output 0V? DFRobot's high - precision handheld signal generator is here to help. It has two power supply options (micro USB or external power supply), three adjustment modes (coarse, fine, and custom quick adjustment), and a 4 - digit highlight digital tube to display data clearly. This generator offers current output, positive and negative voltage output with 0.05V accuracy and linear output (calibratable accuracy). It supports both passive and active current outputs and is fully compatible with 2, 3, and 4 - wire systems. The device comes with essential protection mechanisms, including output short - circuit protection and power reverse connection protection. Use it for motor forward and reverse rotation debugging, light brightness control, testing external modulation signal source hardware, or factory product voltage and current testing. Specification: Power Supply: Micro USB - 5V, external DC15 - 30V; Output Voltage: - 10~+10V; Output Current: 0~22mA; Voltage Accuracy: 0.05V; Current Accuracy: 0.05mA; Protection Mechanism: output short circuit protection, power supply reverse connection protection; Size: 100*60*20mm / 3.94*2.36*0.79inches. Using this handheld signal generator is easy. First, choose your power supply. You can use the micro USB cable for 5V or an external DC power supply from 15 - 30V. Then, select the appropriate adjustment mode according to your needs - coarse for quick changes, fine for precise tuning, or custom quick adjustment for specific settings. When using it to debug motor rotation, connect the generator to the motor and adjust the output voltage and current. For light brightness control, connect it to the lighting system and adjust the voltage. When testing hardware or factory products, make sure to follow the correct wiring according to the 2, 3, or 4 - wire system. Always be careful not to short - circuit the output. If the output gets short - circuited, the protection mechanism will work, but it's still a good practice to avoid it. Also, don't connect the power supply in reverse as the reverse connection protection is there to safeguard the device but repeated reverse connections may cause damage. To keep the generator in good condition, store it in a dry and clean place. If it gets dirty, use a soft, dry cloth to clean it. Don't use any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
