DFRobot's Expansion Shield for Intel Joule is a must - have add - on for the Intel Joule compute module and its carrier Expansion Board. It brings extra features for robotics, smart gadget, and IoT device development. Key features include analog input support, 3.3V / 5V switchable power voltage, and compatibility with DFRobot Gravity Series sensors and modules. The shield has the same size as the expansion board and can be easily attached via breakout pins. Its well - designed layout allows full access to connectors, LED indicators, and buttons. Specifications include 8 digital I/O, 4 PWM, 8 analog I/O, 1 SPI, 3 I2C, 3 UART, power outputs of 5V, 3.3V, and 1.8V, and more. Documentation and a shipping list are also provided.


Using this expansion shield is easy. First, connect it to the Intel Joule expansion board through the breakout pins. Make sure the connection is secure.
