Connect your custom PCB to a Raspberry Pi effortlessly with this extra-tall female GPIO header. The female header part features extra spaces, making it 13.6mm tall. When placed on your Pi, it allows a PCB to clear the Ethernet and USB jacks. This header has 3mm pins, unlike our stacking version which has the same base height but 9.7mm pins. With 3mm pins, you won't need to cut long pins, making it perfect for basic Pi plate design. Each order comes with one header. This socket-header is specifically designed for the 2x13 header on the Pi Model A and B. If you have a model B+, check out the 2x20 version here, which connects to all the B+ pins!



Using this extra-tall female GPIO header for your Raspberry Pi is a breeze. First, place the header on your Pi. Thanks to its 13.6mm height, it'll let your PCB clear the Ethernet and USB jacks easily. The 3mm pins mean you don't have to deal with cutting long pins, so it's great for basic Pi plate design.
