Product Details

The Funduino Uno R3 is a great alternative to the latest version of the super - popular and user - friendly open - source Arduino Uno. Functionally identical, it uses the ATmega328 microcontroller. With 14 digital I/O pins (6 can serve as PWM outputs) and 6 analog input pins, it offers versatile functionality. You can power it via USB, battery, or a wall power adaptor. The package includes a 2 - foot USB cable. It features the ATmega16U2 USB controller instead of the 8U2 on previous board versions. SDA and SCL pins are added near the ADREF pin, and the reset button is moved to a more accessible spot near the USB connector. Specs include a 16MHz clock speed, 32KB flash memory, 1KB EEPROM, and 2KB SRAM. Recommended input voltage is 7 - 12V, with a max of 6 - 20V. Note that these are 'compatible' Arduino Uno boards, not the official ones made in Italy.

Using the Funduino UNO R3 is quite easy. First, you can power it up. You have three options: use the included 2 - foot USB cable to connect it to your computer or other USB power source, use a battery, or a wall power adaptor. Make sure to use the recommended input voltage of 7 - 12V. When it comes to connecting sensors or other devices, you can use the 14 digital I/O pins. Six of these pins can be used as PWM outputs for things like controlling the speed of motors. The 6 analog input pins are great for connecting sensors that measure things like temperature or light. If you need to reset the board, just press the reset button which is conveniently located near the USB connector. As for maintenance, keep it in a dry and clean place. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture. And remember, this is a compatible Arduino Uno board, not the official Italian - made one, so don't expect it to have the same branding and origin as the official ones.
