Using this food-grade heat shrink tubing is easy. First, make sure you have a waterproof DS18B20+ digital temperature sensor. Slip the heat shrink tubing onto the sensor, leaving about 1 cm of the stainless - steel cap exposed. Then, use a heat source to shrink the tubing and create a seal. This will prevent the PVC part of the sensor from touching your food. When using it, always ensure the sensor is clean before putting on the heat shrink. For maintenance, store the heat shrink tubing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If you notice any damage to the tubing, replace it before using it again. Also, don't forget that this product doesn't come with the sensor, so you need to get one separately.
