Product Details

The DevDuino Sensor Node V2.2 is a highly compact and Arduino-compatible microcontroller. It's an excellent choice for building wireless networks using the nRF24L01+ transceiver. This version supports over-the-air firmware upgrades (based on UNO Optiboot loader) and data encryption, adding extra security and convenience. You can effortlessly connect various sensors or actuators to this platform to create your own remote monitoring or controlling system. Key features include an Arduino-compatible architecture, 64kb SPI flash / E2prom for OTA updates, ATSHA204A for data encryption, a 16MHz clock frequency (adjustable for low energy consumption), an integrated MCP9700 temperature sensor, built-in clock button and user LED, FTDI and Atmel programming headers, 3 Crowtail-compatible connectors, and it runs on 2 AAA batteries (not included). The package includes 1 DevDuino Sensor Node V2.2 and 1 nRF24L01+ Module. Check the wiki link for more info.

Using the DevDuino Sensor Node V2.2 is easy. First, connect the nRF24L01+ module that comes with the package. You can then start connecting other sensors or actuators to the Crowtail-compatible connectors as per your needs. To power it up, insert 2 AAA batteries. When it comes to firmware updates, take advantage of the over-the-air feature. Just follow the instructions on the provided wiki link. Remember to handle the device gently as it's a compact and delicate piece of equipment. For long - term use, keep it in a dry and cool place. If you notice any issues with data encryption or sensor readings, refer to the wiki or contact customer support.
