Cubelets - Brightness Cubelet

The Brightness Cubelet features an analog photocell. It can sense different light conditions and accurately measures the amount of light hitting its sensor. In a dark room, you'll get readings close to zero, and when the sensor faces a bright light, the values will be near one. Cubelets are magnetic building blocks. You can snap them together to create countless types of robots. These robots can move around on a tabletop, react to light, sound, and temperature, and show surprisingly lifelike behavior. You don't need to program; just snap the cubelets together, and the behavior will emerge, similar to a flock of birds or a swarm of bees. Note: Cubelets need a special battery and charger. Using the Brightness Cubelet is super easy. First, make sure you've got the special battery for your Cubelets and buy the charger separately. To build a robot, just start snapping the Cubelets together. The Brightness Cubelet can be a great part of your robot as it helps the robot sense light. You can place it in different positions on your robot to get different light - sensing effects. When you're done using your Cubelet robot, turn it off to save battery.
