Product Details

Are you frustrated because industrial sensors can't be used with your Arduino? You need a converter like this one! This 12V to 3.3V level converter module with 2-channel optocoupler isolation has common anode, common cathode, and differential signal inputs. It can convert 12V signal levels to 3.3V and offers PNP output (NPN to PNP conversion available). This converter is great for signal isolation, PLC signal level conversion, NPN to PNP signal conversion, polarity conversion, and signal level voltage conversion.Features:- PNP Output (NPN to PNP available)- Output Signal Level: Converts from 12V to 3.3V- Signal Photoelectric IsolationApplications:- Signal isolation- PLC signal level conversion- NPN to PNP signal conversion- Polarity conversion- Signal level voltage conversionSpecification:- Input Channel: 2-channel Optocoupler Isolation- Output Signal: PNP Output (NPN to PNP available)- Sensor Input Voltage: 12V- Module Supply Voltage: 3.3V- Input Signal Level: 12V- Output Signal Level: 3.3V- Output Current: no more than 50mA for each channel- Indicator: SMD LED- Size of Bare Board: 38*72*19mm/1.50*2.83*0.75”- Size of Converter with Shell: 40*87*39mm/1.57*3.43*1.54”- Size of Screw Hole: 3mm- Installation Specification: With Shell (Fit on standard rails)Documents:- Product wikiShipping List:- 2-Channel Level Converter (12V to 3.3V) x1

Using this 2-channel level converter is quite straightforward. First, connect the sensor input voltage of 12V to the appropriate input channels. Then, supply the module with 3.3V power as the module supply voltage. When wiring, remember that the module DC power supply positive is equal to the signal output voltage. For example, for a 12 to 3.3V module, the power input VCC should be set to 3.3V.As for the output, you can use the PNP output directly or convert NPN to PNP if needed. Each channel's output current should not exceed 50mA to avoid overloading. Some important notes: Make sure to double - check your wiring to prevent short - circuits. Also, when installing, use the converter with the shell and fit it on the standard rails as specified in the installation specification.Keep the converter in a dry and cool place. If there are any issues, refer to the product wiki for more detailed troubleshooting information.
