12mm Coin Cell Breakout Board

This simple yet highly effective breakout board comes with a CR1220 coin cell battery holder already soldered on. It features 0.1' pitch breakout pins, making connections a breeze. Ideal for powering low - current projects or adding a battery backup to real - time clocks. The package includes a fully assembled and tested coin cell battery holder and a small piece of 0.1' header. You can solder it and plug it into a breadboard easily. We also offer a version with an on/off switch.

Using this 12mm coin cell breakout board is easy. First, take the small stick of 0.1' header included in the package and solder it onto the board. Then, you can plug the board into a breadboard. To power your project, insert a CR1220 coin cell battery into the holder. If you have the version with an on/off switch, use it to control the power supply. When handling the board, be gentle to avoid damaging the soldered parts. Keep it in a dry and clean place to prevent corrosion. If you don't use it for a long time, remove the battery to avoid leakage.
